Vet Enrages Trump…Watch What Trump Does Next

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was furious when he met a Wounded Warrior veteran of the U.S. Army, who has been struggling to obtain proper care and treatment from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Trump walked in to the crowd at a Sioux City Iowa campaign rally and met the wheelchair bound veteran and his wife, Todd and April.

Trump greeted Todd and April face-to-face and then Todd explained, “With the current administration, warrior care is lacking to say the least, and especially post-service…What else will the Trump administration do better than the Obama administration?”

“Is the VA not doing the job?” Trump asked.

April, Todd’s caregiver, explained that she could not get an appointment to enroll in a new VA program that was supposed to meet their needs. Trump was livid, asked the couple to provide him with their contact information, and replied

“I am going to put pressure on the VA like you won’t believe. Let’s see if we can get this.”

“As president, I can guarantee it. As Trump, I can say, ‘I’ll probably be able to pull it off anyway.’ Because they know it won’t stop. It’ll be easier to take Todd and just say ‘Look, Todd, we’re gonna work with you.’”

Can anyone imagine another politician going out into the audience, away from their teleprompter, and talk to a wounded Veteran face-to-face?
