Many countries are attempting to help the Muslim refugees by supplying them with food, clothing, and basic necessities of life. Haddad 1 cargo ship’s manifest was suppose to help the Syrian refugees. This shipment appeared to be a humanitarian gesture until the true nature of the cargo was revealed.
According to International Business Times, Greek authorities have discovered a cache of weapons aboard a cargo ship headed to an Islamist controlled area of Libya.
Audio translation: They are checking all containers. In one they found more than 5 thousand 9mm cartridges and in another one 4-5 thousand shotguns of different types and still counting. The ship’s crew was all Syrian and Egyptians. The whole crew is arrested and awaits trial. In another container they found cigarettes and they continue to open the rest of the containers.
The coastguard said a search of only the first two of the 14 containers carried by the Bolivian vessel Haddad 1 had revealed almost 500,000 rounds of ammunition and 5,000 shotguns, of a type similar to that used by police, with no accompanying documentation.
They were found at the bottom of the containers, concealed by a load of furniture, including drawers, cupboards, and a layer of gymnastic mats.
